 As the warmer weather is almost upon us, we will be introducing new and exciting ideas to our menu and Chef's specials with light delicate dishes for the weight conscious such as Glazed scallops with broccoli and smoked salmon, King prawn and scallop linguini, Baked river trout with bacon, celery and hazelnuts or Char grilled chicken with orange salad.

 



 For our meat lovers we will be adding the following dishes over the next few months; Saute calf's liver flambed in Drambuie and finished with cream, Glazed hot duck breast in marsala sauce, Pot roasted rib eye steak in a malt whisky sauce, Leg of lamb steak with minted gravy or Lamb cutlets cooked in a port and stilton sauce.

 

 If your taste is for the exotic spices from India or the subtlety spiced dishes from Thailand you will not be disappointed. You can try dishes like Lamb jalfrezi, Chicken tikka masala, Chicken korma, Beef vindaloo, Thai morning glory, Thai green curry, Beef in black bean sauce or Stir fried chicken with garlic & ginger in oyster sauce.

 With this mouth watering selection of new menu ideas for the coming months you can be sure of new and exciting dining experiences at as the summer unfolds along our sunny Costa Del Sol.
